The staff are friendly and helpful at all times. The location is great, I walked to many popular attractions. The room was very nice and I enjoyed the helpful service provided by the staff.

The elevator seemed a bit small.

amazing central PLACE

central location walking distance seperate toilet

i liked that the hotel was in central location. it was close to many restaurants and shops. it also was near eiffel tower and other touristic areas. These attractions are within walking distance, so it was convenient. i also loved the seperate toilet from bathroom, what a convenience!

the hotel limited amount of water. It was not great, especially since it was very hot. i think the hotel should improve access to drinking water for all guests.

i stayed in a beautiful room and found it very clean. the bed was comfortable and i enjoyed the amenities of a five-star hotel. the location was great as i could walk to the eiffel tower and do some shopping.

the hotel was very expensive for the experience and service provided.

amazing service and nice stay

warm welcome positive tone relaxing day friendly attitude

i checked into this hotel after being disappointed elsewhere the warm welcome from a young lady at reception immediately set a positive tone for my stay she was quick professional and genuinely kind every time i needed assistance what started as a two night stay extended to eleven relaxing days the staff were consistently courteous and helpful i especially appreciate shaima at the front desk for her friendly attitude and professionalism

the corridors felt a little small it sometimes felt a little tight when navigating with luggage or encountering other guests it wasn't a major issue but it's something i noticed

central location friendly staff

the location proved amazing! it was central, a short walk to many attractions and shops. the toilet was seperate from the bathroom and the hotel bar offered friendly staff and a good sense of humor, a lovely touch.

my room felt expensive considering the experience. the spa area cleanliness could improve. i also think the hotel should offer more water.

Excellent Stay in a Beautiful Room

convenient location friendly staff wide selection

I found the location convenient to many attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. Breakfast offered a wide selection of pastries and hot dishes. I especially enjoyed the indoor pool after a day of sightseeing (it was a great way to unwind).

The elevator was quite small, making it difficult to use when carrying luggage.
