i liked that the hotel was in central location. it was close to many restaurants and shops. it also was near eiffel tower and other touristic areas. These attractions are within walking distance, so it was convenient. i also loved the seperate toilet from bathroom, what a convenience!

the hotel limited amount of water. It was not great, especially since it was very hot. i think the hotel should improve access to drinking water for all guests.

i checked into this hotel after being disappointed elsewhere the warm welcome from a young lady at reception immediately set a positive tone for my stay she was quick professional and genuinely kind every time i needed assistance what started as a two night stay extended to eleven relaxing days the staff were consistently courteous and helpful i especially appreciate shaima at the front desk for her friendly attitude and professionalism

the corridors felt a little small it sometimes felt a little tight when navigating with luggage or encountering other guests it wasn't a major issue but it's something i noticed

I found the location convenient to many attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. Breakfast offered a wide selection of pastries and hot dishes. I especially enjoyed the indoor pool after a day of sightseeing (it was a great way to unwind).
